Description
Leading FS organisation requires a good Cloud engineer on a 6 month contract.
- Experienced in Azure cloud platforms incl. IaaS, SaaS and PaaS technologies
- Experienced in migrating on premises services to Azure cloud
- Experience with Azure NSG and Azure networking, express route, FortiGate Firewalls and best practise for each
- Experienced in Office 365 apps and desktop technologies incl. exchange online, SharePoint online and windows WVD.
- Experience in cloud monitoring technology and implementation
- Knowledge of DevOps desirable
- Experience in Citrix and Remote Desktop technology
- Experience with user migration and adoption activities is key
- Ability to work with global IT teams and partners in setting up remote offices
- A strong background and broad, hands-on experience in managing 3rd party vendors
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows stack
- Good problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work with wider applications, security and service delivery teams in providing expertise and knowledge on subject matter
