Description
To provide effective and proactive 1st and 2nd level support to the HR Systems Team, acting as a point of contact for all system and process queries, being a systems expert on i-trent, and other HRIS managed systems, routine reporting and dashboarding, and provide resilience to the managed payroll service by supporting our Payroll Advisor.
- Assist with the maintenance of the HR System(s) by carrying out System Administrator activities including; Testing, systems checks/auditing, data checking, fault-finding and resolution, data conversation, upgrades, configuration including workflows, housekeeping and managing user access.
- Undertake the duties of the Payroll Officer role as and when required, including covering Absences. Reporting and analysis of the managed Payroll service.
- Support in the development and improvement of high quality HR/Payroll processes utilising the functionality of the HR system(s) to automate processes, as well as the implementation of new modules within the system.
- Support in the development of HR metrics, MI and reporting using Business Objects and standard system reports, as well as responding to internal requests for employee data.
