Description
Harvey Nash's public sector client is recruiting for a Network Support Engineer on an initial 6 month contract. You will provide 3rd level support of Cisco network hardware and Unified Communcations systems and management of Network including LAN, WAN, Security, VOIP and UC Platforms.
Essential skills:
- Extensive Cisco networking experience in a mulit-site environment.
- Advanced working knowledge of Cisco and other vendors network appliances
- Cisco Networking & Unified Comms
- Internetworking concepts
- Firewall maintenance and moves, adds, changes.
- Diagnosis and troubleshooting of Network/UC specific issues
- Must be able to continuously prioritize activities to ensure that network or UC operations are never compromised
