Technical skills (Required - Mandatory)
· Experience in managing license compliance for Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, SAP, Citrix, Adobe, VMWare, Salesforce, Siemens, HP, Bentley, McAfee, Symantec, Thinkcell Engineering Softwares (eg: Autodesk, Autocad, Mathworks etc)
· Experience in conducting internal and providing External audit support and remediation for Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, SAP, Citrix, Adobe, VMWare, Salesforce, Siemens, HP, Bentley, McAfee, Symantec, Thinkcell Engineering Softwares (eg: Autodesk, Autocad, Mathworks etc)
· Proven knowledge of licensing policies for Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, SAP, Citrix, Adobe, VMWare, Salesforce, Siemens, HP, Bentley, McAfee, Symantec, Thinkcell Engineering Softwares (eg: Autodesk, Autocad, Mathworks etc)
· 5+ years of experience in mnaging, reviewing and negotiating licensing contracts for Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, SAP, Citrix, Adobe, VMWare, Salesforce, Siemens, HP, Bentley, McAfee, Symantec, Thinkcell Engineering Softwares (eg: Autodesk, Autocad, Mathworks etc)
· Experience in managing entitlements in ServiceNow, Flexera, Aspera
· Understand software deployment and licensing methodology to prepare compliance reporting

Area of responsibilities
· Assist in negotiating with Audit firm and provide guidance across complete audit procedure and schedule
· Review the Audit report and compare with the internal reports and findings to ensure maximum compliance and minimum financial exposure
· Review existing contracts and provide key insights on various contractual rights and obligations
· Provide knowledge sharing on contracts and negotiation tactics
· Design strategy for cost savings and negotiations
· Assign licenses based on the best optimized scenario
· Providing reports on usage, deployment, expiry dates, license type and other related information
· Server Clean-up on basis of vCenter/Baseline/De-allocation Reports
· End-user Computer Clean-up on the basis of Baseline/De-allocation Reports
· Build Publishers compliance reports manually and from the SAM Tool
· Classify software deployments into free vs paid software
Contract length: 6 months
