Service Transition Manager,ITIL, DDAT, Digital, is required by our public sector, government client based in Birmingham, MidlandsTo start end of August
Rate £600 a day (in scope of IR35)
You will be responsible for the planning and coordination of resources to make sure that services are effectively transitioned into service operation.
Knowledge of the following required:
digital economy, digital contexts and design services that fit them, new technologies and their potential application.
IT Service Frameworks, Methodologies and best practice.
how to integrate multiple platforms
Experience required:
leading service transitions and coordinating the capability and capacity from multiple teams and expert communities.
implementing changes that enabled efficient and beneficial business changes
defining and managing multiple service environments.producing reports to support the governance of service standards.
