Description

We are looking for Service Assurance Solution Architect

  • Responsible for clarification and review of requirements for Service Assurance systems with customers and third-party partners to ensure the quality of third-party output requirement documents
  • Responsible for reviewing the design documentation of the third-party Service Assurance system to ensure the output quality of the Service Assurance system design documentation
  • Responsible for monitoring and promoting the development of third-party Service Assurance system
  • Manage and suggest commercially viable end-to-end Service Assurance solutions for RAN and Access Transport network with 3rd party partner
  • Manage and suggest the design and implementation of Network Planning & Engineering, Network Optimization and the support for Network Operation in resource perspective
  • Manage and suggest design/development for Service Assurance modules
  • Manage and suggest the design and implementation of Service Assurance deployment solution with HA/DR required
  • Manage and suggest 3rd system integration testing (SIT)/Performance test/Disaster Recovery Test/UAT solution and plan;
  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality improvement efforts
  • Solve problems & make decisions on a daily basis relative to architecture responsibilities
  • Provide inputs for evaluation and selection of appropriate technologies to be used across the Service Assurance solutions to meet RAN and Access Transport OSS architecture requirements;
  • Work with core team on list of potential activities & solutions
  • Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation & information sharing position
  • Maintain effective business/project relationships with operations and delivery teams ensuring all requirements from the Business Units are met;

Qualifications

  • Have a proven track record as e2e Solution Architect Project Accountable in at least 1 complex Service Assurance Delivery Implementation from start to finish.
  • Familiar with the Mycom Service Assurance system is preferred
  • Self-starter with the ability to appropriately prioritize and plan complex work in a rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to understand and develop business requirements and create design to meet those business requirements;
  • Ability to translate architecture documents in Service Assurance functional specification documents;
  • Results-oriented with ability to produce products that deliver organizational benefit
  • Strong critical thinker with problem-solving aptitude
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts
  • Ability to collaborate well with technical and non-technical staff
  • Expertise in analysing Business requirements, lead JAD sessions, develop design and development specifications, and Use Cases contributing to overall quality delivery.

You will use domain experiences including

  • More than 8 years relevant domain experience in architecture/design role for OSS solutions primarily on Service Assurance (ie Mycom)
  • Should have exposure in solution designing & architecting Service Assurance solutions for clients matching with the client requirements and proposing optimal solution to the client
  • Understanding of telecom processes - Network Planning and Engineering process, Network Optimization and Network Operation and so on Process flows.
  • Proven experiences in E2E OSS Software Application Integration with Network & Service Inventory and strong understanding of Network Equipment & Protocols.
  • Knowledge of RAN and transmission layers especially on IP RAN and modelling those in an Inventory environment is a plus

Support both Legacy Telecom NE and VNF, with physical and logical unit.
