A large IT Consultancy business requires experienced ServiceNow Architects to assist their end clients within the Public Sector on high profile, large scale programmes of work. This is an excellent opportunity for an immediately available ServiceNow Architect with Public Sector experience and who has held or currently holds SC clearance.
Skills and Experience required:
- Proven ServiceNow Architecture experience working with one or more key areas ( ITSM, HR, ITOM, SecOps)
- Currently holds or previously held SC Clearance
- Experience working within the Public Sector on large - scale, million pound budget programmes
- Designing, ServiceNow configuration, strong knowledge of current/future modules and features
- Translating requirements into technical designs and appropriate requirements/backlogs
- Experience working in an IT Service Management (ITIL)/Agile environment
