My client is looking for a 2nd line Support Engineer to help assist them on a O365 project, please note as this is a government site this role does fall inside of scope. You will asl be required to complete BPSS clearance.
The post holder will act as 2nd line support for the client. This role deals with complex incidents, maintenance and monitoring as well as development and delivery of new requirements using MS365.
