Responsibilities:
- Developer to design/implement Dynamics Customer Voice functionality to support delivery of external surveys for client.
- Advise on deployment/configuration of Dynamics Customer Voice alongside client's existing Dynamics 365 deployment
- Advise on environment setup and practices across Dev/Test/Prod
- Advise on integration of Customer Voice to wider Dynamics configuration
- Undertake design and configuration activity to get environment ready for development
- Support development of surveys, configuration of workflows, permissions etc
- Support testing and updates to solution configuration through client-testing process
