Technical Resilience AnalystCompany:
A highly reputable financial organisation is currently searching for a Technical Resilience Analyst on a 4 month contract paying up to £550 per day. The chosen candidate must have strong capabilities in executing BCP-DR resilience testing, business continuity and a background in infrastructure systems. Our client is about to execute a number of DR tests and the chosen Technical Resilience Analyst must be able to co-ordinate them. Job responsibilities:
- Maintain existing lessons learned/vulnerability trackers from previous BCP-DR testing and oversee delivery of actions prior to next annual test
- Maintain existing lessons learned/vulnerability trackers from previous IT WAR Gaming Exercises and oversee delivery of actions prior to next set of tests (to be arranged).
- When requested by Vendor Management/IT Sec - review IT Security questionnaires responses in line with Resilience function requirements for BCP-DR due diligence checks of new third party vendors
- Develop disaster recover scope and invocation document plans for annual BCP-DR tests
- Review HLD plans for new/upgraded application/infrastructure change for required levels of Resilience in line with expected RTO/RPO
- Embed project management frameworks into existing IT resilience processes and procedures
- Review/develop required individual application/infrastructure resilience testing plans prior to deployment and oversee delivery to meet requirements. Current ORBIT DW, DDEn and Mimecast
- Maintain IT Resilience Policy and process documentation and ensure reviews are performed within the required timescales
- Continual development of IT DR KRI/KPI metrics for Technical Resilience team
- Assist with IT DR Audits and monitor actions through to completion
- Specific experience of facilitating/execution of BCP-DR/IT Resilience function & testing (must have)
- Provisioning of BCP-DR and IT resilience services within IT function (preferably experience within financial services companies)
- IT Technical Background knowledge of infrastructure, systems, platforms, storage, network (must have)
- ITIL V4 practitioner qualified (nice to have)
- Project management experience (nice to have)
- Knowledge of ISO standards 22301& 27031 (nice to have)
Rate - £550 4 months Inside IR 35 Remote working options
