Role: Service Designer
Client: Telecommunications industry
Location: UK based (remote)
Rate: £450 a day (Inside IR35)
Contract duration: Initial 120 days
Our UK leading telecommunications client has a requirement for a Service Designer to shape the ITIL processes for the Managed Services.
This will involve working with the Customer and the Internal Account Teams to agree process flows, engagement etc:
- Service overview
- Service & Resource model (in-life)
- Governance model & outputs (eg, MI)
- Summary SLT/KPI
- Transition overview
- Key Milestones Design and document the design ITIL processes for build and run
Key experience required:
- Worked for a major telecommunications company in last five years
- Experience working to strict ITIL processes
- Experience working on client-facing projects
