RF Compliance Assurance Engineer

We have an exciting opportunity for an RF Compliance Assurance Engineer to join our busy team working for a telecoms company based in Reading.
Responsibilities of the RF Compliance Assurance Engineer include:
- Review planned upgrades going through Site Assurance checks to ensure RF Compliance can be achieved
- Lead implementation of quality checks of RF Compliance Assurance on sites during new build, upgrades and optimisation of sites.
- Assist in the maintenance and development of RF compliance guidelines.
- Support Deployment teams in assessing alternative solutions to deal with RF compliance issues.
- The RF Compliance Assurance Engineer will develop and improve reporting capabilities to manage RF compliance assurance process
The successful RF Compliance Assurance Engineer will have:
- Cellular radio planning experience, this could be within a Network Operator or Network Vendor or a Contractor who delivers services to those parties.
- Significant experience working in a Design Function such as Radio Design, Radio Planning Function and other design roles with transferable skills
- Demonstrable experience of project delivery on time and to customer satisfaction
- Ability to respond flexibly to design challenges arising from the Acquisition and Implementation processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Able to communicate across all levels to ensure design goals are understood. Both in writing and verbally.
- Good understanding of the CDM2015 regulations with particular emphasis on the Client and Designer roles.
- Clear knowledge of the steps required in eliminating, mitigating and controlling risk for the builders, users and maintainers of a cell site.
