A product team has been established within the Customer Support & Return sub-domain with the mission to implement a new digital product. The product will be a global tool for managing complex customer support requests. The product will manage 5M+ customer support cases around the world.
The Job:
- The consultant will join the Customer Support Case product team which currently consists of product owner, product specialist, UX/UI designer, engineering manager and software engineer.
- As a team member, the consultant will be part of the everyday work including planning and solutioning, improving ways of working and supporting existing products. The team is self-sufficient and owns the entire product vertical, from UI to infrastructure/DevOps.
- Responsibilities range from defining the end-to-end solution, managing the alignment with overall architecture landscape and design principles.
- Strong knowledge in software engineering and design architecture
- Knowledge of typical enterprise integration patterns
- Understanding of business analysis techniques and processes
- Strong organizational, analytical and system thinking skills
- Knowledge of cloud computing - GCP, Microsoft Azure
- Be familiar with principles of computer networks and IT security management
