Description
Infrastructure Analyst needed for this enterprise sized Plymouth based organisation.
Working as part of a core infrastructure team they need an experienced infrastructure analyst with a solid background in Windows Server , Citrix and ideally IT Security experience in complex, enterprise sized environments.
The role involves a mix of 3rd Line BAU experience as well as delivering against on-going projects.
The right infrastructure Analyst will have a good mix of:
- Virtual environments (Citrix, XenDesktop, XenAPP)
- Windows Stack
- Firewalls
- Digital certificates, SSL, VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, web security architecture
- Storage and Backup technologies and devices (SAN)
- Familiarity with application and operating system hardening, vulnerability assessments, security audits, penetration testing, intrusion prevention systems and other security control systems.
- A good knowledge and understanding of VDI and virtualisation environments.
- Knowledge of WAN/LAN, TCP/IP, cabling, Switches.
This is an initial 3 month contract with the potential to extend longer term.
