Job Description:
For this, the vendor will have to provide an experimented and autonomous network support service regarding incident management, request management and change management.
In addition, some specific network maintenance services will be delegated to the vendor:
- Network device compliance
- Network device obsolescence management
- Network capacity increase
- The technical environment is the following:
- Cisco IOS, NexusOs and ACI solution
- Cisco ToIP devices
- Cisco AP and WLC
- Check Point and Palo Alto firewalls
Maintenance and Operations services are requested on the following systems:
- Wired network (routers and switches)
- Wireless network (wireless controllers and access-points)
