Standort: 100% remote
IT Project Manager needed to manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of Infrastructure projects. The project manager will be responsible for the plan, pilot and rollout of Information-technology-based solutions to meet business end-user needs.
This position will manage all the development and testing activities needed to implement, rollout and support >70.000 Windows 10 systems worldwide on customer site in deep alignment with the defined system integrator. This position oversees the areas of technical design, development, end to end testing and the definition of reports, interfaces, extensions and workflows. Documentation and Training are also part of project scope, as well as managing global / local aspects.
DUTIES
• Manage projects to ensure successful and consistent delivery on scope, budget, and schedule
• Estimate resource requirements for all work packages and project deliverables
• Monitor project progress continuously and conduct project monitoring meetings
• Identify and monitor project risks and implement risk management plans in accordance with department standards
• Prepare and deliver professional stakeholder communications and implement stakeholder management plans
• Manage project scope and project change requests; appropriately control scope creep
• Implement project quality plans and ensure project quality standards are met
• Reports, Information sharing and Communication on Intranet, Yammer, Teams, Wiki and Newsletter
• Regular Azure check, improve and cleanup of the environment
• Ensure proper user communication
• Monitor and guide external delivery party (system integrator)
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, or similar field
• MS Windows Technology expert (Windows 10, Azure, Intune)
• 10+ years of IT project management experience in MS Windows projects/technology, preferred experience in global workplace rollout projects
• PM certification recommended
• Flexibility to travel
