Field Service Technician
Milton Keynes
Contract: 3 months (Initially) Inside IR35
Day Rate £150 Per day
Field Service Technician to join leading Microsoft Partner. This is an opportunity for an experienced Technician to invest in their personal growth, working with a proactive company that values personal development.
The ideal candidate will take a methodical approach to problem resolution and come from a background in field services or service desk support.
Some of what you will be doing:
- Investigating, resolving, and escalating customer tickets.
- Implementing Software Installations and Hardware Configurations.
- Meeting client expectations through the management of SLA's.
- Providing technical support to multiple users.
Your skills and experience will include:
- Experience in Field Services or Service Desk Support Environment.
- Strong Experience working with DNS Services and AD
- Experience installing and configuring Firewalls, Routers and VPN's.
- Experience working with Group Policy, both creating and troubleshooting.
It would be great if you also had:
- Experience with Cisco or Sonicwall.
- Experience with Citrix Xenapp or Netscaler.
