Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant (Core HR, Absence Management modules)
* The ideal candidate will have 10+ years' experience working with clients to understand requirements for HCM Application
* Candidates should have prior Oracle Cloud HCM implementation consulting experience for Global Human Resources Core HR and Absence Management module
* Knowledge of HCM-ADP Payroll and HCM -Document management system integration will be an added advantage
* Map requirements to standard Oracle Cloud HCM functionality and align to the existing Global design for HCM application
* In addition, the candidate will be responsible for identifying process improvement areas and prepare Standard Operating procedure for HCM Cloud and Legacy systems for end to end employee life cycle.
* Lead the end to end configuration, application testing and co-ordinate task allocations for offshore team along with Offshore Project Manager
* Ensure no impact to existing global solution/existing countries that are Live in Oracle Cloud HCM and co-ordinate with customer US IT and System administration team for deployment
* Co-ordinate with offshore technical team for data preparation, data loads, absence fast formulae design, reports and alerts development and testing
* Conduct Prototype system demos, facilitate Pilot, User acceptance testing sessions for customer local HR teams
* Maintain Issue/Action trackers and provide weekly status updates to Project Manager
