Our client Tier1 IT system integrator are looking for Security Program Manager to support their client project based in London
Job Description:
Seeking a program manager with the necessary skillsets and capabilities to undertake and entire end to end review of our protective security technology estate (access control, CCTV, alarms etc.)
Current issues
- Inconsistent user experience globally,
- Legacy disparate security solutions, lack of innovation
- Requirement to consolidate solutions and vendors, too many vendors and 3rd parties required to execute change
- Intent to implement digital access credentials- (using mobile device or wearable to gain entry to premises)
- Implement innovate standard solutions, Drive standardisation and consistency.
Expected outcomes of review
- Advise and execute on a sustainable protective security technology strategy globally;
- Assessment of our current estate with a view to consolidating and rationalising our access control systems;
- Feasibility studies of all markets to get to a consistent platform globally with digital access credentials; (Immediate ask from Hong Kong and MENA)
- Re-asses the value of HID Safe solution and Identify a sustainable strategy for the smaller markets that were not factored into HID safe rollout plans;
- Progress towards a single global integrator, single point of contact globally providing 24/7 support across our protective security estate.
