Second Line Support Engineer - Initial 3-6 months contract - up to £170/day - depending on experience
One of our clients have the requirement for an experienced Second Line Support Engineer to their team. You will be working on a range of exciting projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd line Technical support to client standard
- Troubleshoot incidents and provide updates to the company stakeholders
- Support monitoring of Infrastructure processes
- Escalate any risks, issues identified to team lead
- Experience of ITIL, Prince2 and Agile methodologies.
Technical Skills:
- Windows Server services Knowledge;
- Server Management
- Active Directory Services
- Group Policy Management
- Hyper Visor Management (MS Hyper-V)
- Azure Cloud
