Second Line Support Engineer - Initial 3-6 months contract - up to £170/day - depending on experience

One of our clients have the requirement for an experienced Second Line Support Engineer to their team. You will be working on a range of exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 2nd line Technical support to client standard
  • Troubleshoot incidents and provide updates to the company stakeholders
  • Support monitoring of Infrastructure processes
  • Escalate any risks, issues identified to team lead
  • Experience of ITIL, Prince2 and Agile methodologies.

Technical Skills:

  • Windows Server services Knowledge;
  • Server Management
  • Active Directory Services
  • Group Policy Management
  • Hyper Visor Management (MS Hyper-V)
  • Azure Cloud

Please Note: This would be a 3-6 month role and would sit outside of IR35.
