Job Title: Software Support Analyst
Location: Leeds
Salary: £200 per day
Duration: 3 months - To start ASAP
To be successful in this role, candidates will be educated to A level standard or equivalent and will have extensive experience of working with and providing support for complete business systems for both front and Back Office. Working as a technical project lead for implementation of software solutions, you'll have excellent training experience with ability to transfer knowledge to peer groups, individuals and staff teams. You'll have sound knowledge of Microsoft Server Architecture with an awareness and understanding of software solutions such as CRM, Financial, HR and bespoke.
A Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert, with PRINCE2 or equivalent and having demonstrable experience and understanding of the social housing business sector would all be desirable, but not essential.
You will:
ensure that all new and improved software deployed aligns with our business process/practices
create opportunities for software to be utilised to its full potential
provide excellent support to all end users
drive Information Services projects and support individual business managers
establish appropriate training materials, using a range of delivery mediums
facilitate on-going training programmes
