An established financial services business are seeking a Unified Communications Engineer to provide high level support to the Telecoms services.

Skills and Experience Required
- Sound understanding of Telecoms systems and services
- Experience of working in Telecoms
- Experience of networking including configuration and support of: Firewalls, Switching and routing, VPN, Wireless and Cloud Services
- High level customer service
Responsibilities
- To provide a high level of support for all aspects of our Telecoms services
- Manage and maintain the Telecoms environment including infrastructure, networks, administration, software upgrades and integration with other platforms
- Keep up to date with emerging audio-visual technologies and making recommendations for implementation
- Ensure documentation for Telecoms and Audio-Visual is clear and current
- Continual service improvement
- Business continuity planning
- Supplier Management
- Management, development and reporting MI for Head Office
- Liaising with other areas of the business and external third parties (Service Providers & Suppliers)
- Service Reporting to the Telecoms Manager and other stakeholders as required
