My client the world's largest construction-equipment manufacturer are seeking an Account Coordinator, someone to take ownership and quickly resolve general and technical queries and problems by working with and building relationships with relevant departments.
A very unique role dealing with multiple facilities worldwide, would receive orders from dealers in Europe and Middle East and CIS. Order to delivery chain experience as well as Import or Export knowledge is ideal.
Daily communications with internal and external customers
They will assist if anyone is struggling with workload
Processing of customer orders across several ordering systems
Monitoring and tracking status of orders
Order grief resolution
Customer query resolution for issues related to order to delivery
Provide cover for other team members on defined tasks
Running various system reports
Support with process improvements
