Description

I am recruiting for a number of Service Desk Analysts to work on a short term basis in either Manchester or Sheffield.

The roles fall inside IR35 so you will have to work through an umbrella company.

The role will require a great customer service and the ability to learn new skills quickly.

The roles would provide floorwalking to offer advice and enable user to use the docking station, printing facilities in the office. Working closely with the 1st and 2nd Line teams issues will be catalogued and cleared or passed to the support teams for clearance.
You must have a broad knowledge and interest in IT and have experience providing technical support in a corporate IT context.

Good communication skills are imperative.

Previous IT Helpdesk/Deskside support experience would be ideal.
