SAP Test Manager/Director
Whitehall Resources are currently looking for SAP Test Manager/Director.
Key Requirements:
- Looking for a SAP Test Manager with 9+ years' experience in testing across differing SDLC/STLC models, platforms and architectures.
- The candidates should have experience of working within SAP testing teams, 2 + years' experience of leading testing teams for SAP ERP implementation, experience of one or more testing methodologies and exposure to different software development life cycles including Agile and Waterfall.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible defining the Testing strategy [including Non Functional Test] & approach for the Banking Program.
- Responsible for the creation of a High Level Test Plan.
- Provide necessary inputs from a Test perspective towards the deployment strategy & approach.
- Prior test experience on Extra Large delivery program is a must.
- Should have prior experience on working on a large SAP ERP implementation.
- Collaborate with service partners and suppliers to deliver projects to high quality, on time and encourage the Innovation in the team.
- Embed good people management practices in line with Company/Bank's standards.
- Provide Leadership and encourage Continuous Improvements/Innovation in the Test delivery.
- Participate in regular meetings with senior stakeholders to communicate accomplishments, plans and issues as well as any risks to the project's progress and Continuous Improvements.
Key Experience:
- Bachelors or master's degree.
- 9 Plus Years Testing experience with 2 Plus in SAP Test Manager role.
- Experience in SAP ERP Implementation, HANA on cloud.
- Experience with implementing Best practices onto SAP projects.
- Knowledge of tools for SAP Automation.
- Experienced in Estimations, Test Approach, handling team, end to end STLC.
