Description
Our client, one of the big 4 financial consultancy firms, are currently seeking an experienced Technical Analyst to work on a contract basis. Initially the contract will be 3 month duration and the successful candidate will be based onsite at the customers busy site in Manchester.
Role Overview
- Second line software and hardware support to customers both office based and remote.
- Occasional travel to London or nearby offices for support
- Office Support - walk-up queries, desk setup and support, device setup and ad-hoc requests
- Use ServiceNow to create, update and resolve user queries within SLA
- Ensure focus on SLA Breaches, Urgent and VIP workstreams
- Use remote tools to provide 2nd Line remote IT support
- Emphasis on taking initiative whilst following procedures and working with systems and processes
- Work closely with other departments in IT Services to ensure a quality culture
- To ensure that IT security is kept to a high standard
Required Skills/Experience:
Applicants should have a knowledge and understanding of the following key software and hardware:
- Microsoft Windows 10, Microsoft O365, Teams, AD, ServiceNow, Intune, SCCM, MBAM and CyberArk
- MacBook OS: Mojave, Catalina & Big Sur. JAMF, MDM and iOS devices
