You will work in the Service Management and Tooling agile squad as Dev Engineer on the migration from Jira to ServiceNow.
Mission
- Implementation of the client's processes in ServiceNow.
- Design and creation of feeding interfaces to integrate the client's data to ServiceNow.
- Setup API integration between ServiceNow and the client's local resources.
- Analysis and creation of automated exports from ServiceNow to feed the client's internal customers' needs.
- Analysis and configuration of email interfaces (inbound/outbound) in ServiceNow.
- Workflow design in Service Now.
Desired Technical Skills
- 3 years of ServiceNow Developer experience
- JavaScript
