AV/Multimedia/Conference Technology Consultant - Zoom/Teams/Webex
Our client are a key United Nations body who need help until the end of the year overhauling the technology that supports their virtual meetings, events and conferences.
You will:
- Have to be able to work on and off site in Rome
- Support the coordination of AV technicians - many of whom are from an external vendor (although we do also need to hire a technician on site)
- Coordinate the deployment and troubleshooting of room equipment (ef Poly and Neat bars)
- Identify and deploy virtual and hybrid conference solutions
- Liaise with internal stakeholders
- Document technical processes and instructions
It's a multinational English speaking work environment.
As the client is a UN body they are budget conscious so please be prepared to offer a compeitive rate
