SAP HR PA/OM Support

English Speaking
Knowledge:
Expert knowledge in SAP HR configuration of PA/OM/Time modules
Experience in global SAP HR implementation/integration projects (full scope)
Activities:
Support Lead with inputs on L2/L3 project planning
Prepare content for and facilitate Scope definition and Blueprint sessions in corresponding areas together with Business Experts
Collect/manage functional/technical gaps and propose solutions to address them, involve other IT teams if required
Share integration requirements with SAP Integration Functional expert
Assess project impact on.* Satellites, work in close collaboration with IT Owners of these applications to propose a reliable solution
Align/review Blueprint results (final/interim) with Business stakeholders and/or other IT teams
Prepare functional specification for development team
Configure SAP HR in corresponding areas
Provide input to Test lead on test scope, prepare test scripts for FIT and UAT
Perform FIT and support UAT execution, fix defects/coordinate other IT teams
Support Change management team in case of technical issues during training preparation and delivery
Work in collaboration with Data Migration stream on data requirements and migration tool requirements
