- Highly Experienced with ADFS - Active Directory Federation Services
- Configuring single sign on (SSO) for the applications federated with ADFS
- Setup Architectural design and flows for SSO and Project, good understanding of AD attributes and its use in SSO
- Knowledge on SSO tool for end-to-end deployment and configuration of new SSO tool and infrastructure related to it, Troubleshooting SSO with ADFS/SSO
- Migration for all the federated application from old SSO tool to new SSO tool along with co-ordination with application, Client, User for any downtime and post migration of application
- SSO setup on Mobile applications & devices also troubleshooting issues
- CRM D365 On-Prem Integration with ADFS
- Installation or upgrade of ADFS
- IFD installation and configuration of Dynamics Outlook APP
- Deployment and troubleshooting of Apps in Citrix workspace
- Worked on operational activities like certificate renewals, implementation in production, testing on different environments
- Renew, Update, and troubleshoot certificate related issues
- Well versed with ITIL standards
