Description
Our client are a large local government organisation and looking for an experienced GIS Technician to join their team. This is initially a 3 month contract which may be extended for the right applicant. Our client is looking for someone who can come on board and undertake a number of mission critical projects on behalf of the business.
The successful applicant will undertake the following
Data capture SDZ as identified by the EMC team data sources
Map all identified Management Company Service Delivery Zones in preparation for upload to SEMS
Complete Quality Assurance on mapped areas
Support testing of the SDZ
To be considered for this role you need
Experience of ArcGIS Map at minimum version of V10.5 Or Alternatively experience of ArcGIS Pro at a minimum version of V2.6
Experience of working with Ordnance Survey Mastermap
Experience of Digitising data using Trace Tool in minimum version ArcMap V10.5
Experience of digitising using Copy/Paste of Mastermap data in minimum version ArcMap V10.5
Experience of using Snapping Window in minimum version of ArcMap V10.5
Experience of adding attribute data to feature class created by others
Evidence of accurate work digitising using snapping to mastermap
