ServiceNow Developer
As a ServiceNow Developer you join our ServiceNow team to help us improve the customer experience across the organization. You play an integral part to improve our ITSM module on the platform but also to support our ambitious roadmap in the launch of new applications and modules (eg virtual agent). You enjoy the technical challenges of ServiceNow but are also comfortable to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team with an agile mindset.
Profile/background
- Minimum of 1 year experience, administering or developing in a ServiceNow environment
- Has proven experience with the ITSM module of ServiceNow
- Certified in ServiceNow (CSA - Certified System Administrator is a minimum)
- Fluent in English
Job description/assignment:
For junior profiles
In this role, you will be developing standard changes which are released in weekly sprints/releases to production. This includes but is non-exhaustive of:
- Creating and maintaining catalog items/workflows
- Creating and maintaining surveys
- Creating email notifications
- Enhancing ITSM modules through UI actions, UI policies, client scripts, business rules, user criteria etc.
- Maintaining the walk-up experience application
- Preparing weekly change requests and attending CAB meetings
- Providing 2nd line support for platform incidents escalated by the Service Desk
- Coordinating with analysts and testers for weekly releases
For senior profiles
In this role, you will be assigned to dedicated projects as part of our yearly roadmap.
Depending on your knowledge/experience, you will be assigned to one or multiple of the following projects:
- Migration from Self-Service Portal to Employee Center Pro
- Migration from current search engine to AI Search
- CSM implementation
- Virtual Agent implementation
- Predictive Intelligence implementation
- Integrating ServiceNow with Active Directory
- Building a custom Workspace application
