My client is looking for a Service Architect to join their team on a remote basis, please note you will need to utilise an umbrella solution for this assignment.
Main tasks include supporting the development and completing basic and full service designs, ensuring support teams are fully engaged and working in the correct manner, catalogue updates.
Role description: To define and document the service support model for various services transitioning into support for the Account, to take into consideration existing L3/flow downs and support agreements.
- Service/Projects include:
- Managed SaaS (Adobe/Gsuite/AD Sync)
- CDW Remote Desktop Builds
- Zoom/Condeco Rooms - SSRs
- MS Teams Phase1
- Exchange Online FMO
