Service Introduction Lead - Inside of IR35
My client a retail manufacturing company are looking to recruit a Service Introduction Lead to join their team working from home/based in Bedfordshire. Please note this role is deemed Inside of IR35. You will provide Service Design and Transition expertise to support our client's Security Transformation Programme.
As a Service Introduction Lead you will be responsible for the following;
- Reporting directly to the Transition Lead, for transitioning Security projects into Live Service and IT Operations support.
- Assessing the project in terms of requirements, risk profile and standard service model alignment
- Ensuring the service components across the project are successfully delivered. The progress of the delivery will be measured by the Service Introduction process which you will be responsible for governing.
- Defining the service requirements including SLAs, hours of operation and non-functional requirements.
The key experience for this position include:
- Service design for implementations with multi supplier and technical interfaces
- IT service management/delivery environment, responsible for areas such as service introduction, transition, or design.
- Contract negotiations and management.
- Producing service documentation (Service Design/Definitions, Knowledge Articles, Run Books)
- Knowledge and application of ITIL service management processes.
