Application Monitoring Analyst

Fully Remote
Your role will be to assist in the management and admiration of the client's monitoring and automation platforms. You will be a SME in in automation, monitoring, and systems management, responsible for technical development of the platforms and resolving day to day issues.
You will work with various clients to enhance the service, whilst adhering to KPI and SLA's, driving automation and giving enhanced support across the platform.
Key knowledge
- Experience of a Systems Management toolsets
- Experience working with monitoring and automation solutions
- Understanding of Windows, Unix, Linux Operating systems
- Ability to develop code in Python or PowerShell
- Experience of developing infrastructure as Code solutions
- Analytical and methodical approach to problem solving
- Confident, self-motivated and able to work under pressure with a minimum of supervision
- Experience of working to Agile principles
- Flexible with working outside core hours
- Comfortable in a client/business facing role
- Proficient in verbal and written communication
Skills will include:
