Description

One of our charity clients is replacing their current CRM with MS Dynamics. The scoping and discovery has been done and they are now looking for an IT project manager to help their Partner implement Dynamics and bring it into BAU. You will also get involved in other infrastructure projects.

Your will need to be able to do the following -

  • Effectively engage with and manage stakeholder relationships across the organisation
  • Provide clear direction and management to external suppliers and providers, ensuring project is delivered on time and on budget
  • Ensure budgets are continually monitored and managed
  • Analyse business activities to understand dependencies, outputs outcomes and deliverables ac
  • Capture requirements and ensure production of accurate, consistent, and timely plans, reports, and Management Information to all stakeholders
  • Manage UAT and transition of MS Dynamics to BAU
  • Work closely with ICT teams, managed service providers to migrate from on premises solutions to cloud based products or SAAS i
  • Help to establish and a team culture of data-driven decision-making, continuous improvement, and operational discipline
  • Maintain and review lessons from RAIDL across all portfolio of system change

Skills and requirements required -

  • Significant experience of managing IT projects including but not limited to, CRM.
  • Experience managing complex data and projects with integration/interfaces to be managed simultaneously
  • Proven track record of delivering large scale changes to user experience, CRM system and other core applications
  • Responsible for implementation of major CRM system change initiatives and projects into the organisation, being accountable for the quality, coordination, and implementation of the agreed deliverables to time, cost, and quality standards
  • Understanding of cyber security, data compliance, GDPR and governance
  • A confident communicator who can build, maintain, and influence senior stakeholder relationships as well as producing a culture of user engagement to design key attributes of systems
  • Working knowledge of AGILE principles

Professional/Qualifications/Experience

  • PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of SQL/SRSS & CRM systems

You will be expected to attend meetings once or twice per month but can be based at home.
