Job Description Summary:
We're looking for a Data DevOps Engineer to join our cross functional data platform team. You will work alongside data engineers and analysts as we implement new technologies and design our approach to delivery, deployment, scalability and monitoring.
Job Description:
Your responsibilities will include:
- Working with other team members to deliver technical solutions as we set up the data platform
- Designing, building and owning CI/CD pipelines
- Infrastructure as code
- Application and infrastructure monitoring
- Create and maintain technical documentation
What skills we need:
- Knowledge and experience of working with AWS
- Agile/scrum methodologies
- Eager to learn mindset
- Proven experience of delivering large scale systems into production on AWS using EC2, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway.
- Experience in one or more DevOps technologies - Terraform and Jenkins preferable.
- Experience in Apache Airflow would be beneficial
