Role: Senior Corporate Recruiter UK (Contractor)
Location: working remotely until Jan/Feb 2022
Office location: 10 miles from Heathrow Airport

Duration: 12 Months

As Senior Corporate Recruiter at client, you will hire for roles at client in UK&I.
You will develop recruitment strategies by proactively identifying candidates utilizing online databases, job boards, contact lists, and employee referrals, as well as through networking and cold calling using various sourcing techniques.
You will qualify and interview candidates and refer to hiring managers to interview and confer job offers. You will utilize great networking skills to develop a network of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. To be successful you must be a strong 'people person' with a clear understanding of client's functions, and the ability to promote client to candidates and external service providers.

Essential Functions:
- Develop a large and diverse qualified applicant pool by direct sourcing, competitive information, cold-calling, web sites and referrals from sources in the marketplace.
- Pre-screen resumes and evaluates effectiveness of electronic candidate evaluation tools.
- Interview and screen applicants and conduct reference checks.
- Document candidate evaluation and interview processes.
- Present long- and shortlist to the Hiring Managers.
- Manage stakeholders.
- Negotiate and/or support hiring manager in developing new hire compensation package/offers.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies and relationships that focus efforts on diversity outreach
- Conduct employment advertising campaigns and programs.
- Conduct research and analyze data on assigned projects, including agency performance.

Your Profile
- Good written and verbal communication skills; especially networking skills.
- Good interviewing skills used with internal hiring managers, outside agencies and partners, and potential candidates.
- Good understanding of organizational structures, as well as an extensive knowledge of personnel policy and procedure, and laws regarding employment practices.
- Experience working with HR databases.
- Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization, including remote areas.
- Ability to influence.

Interaction:
- This individual must work effectively with Manager to Vice President level employees within the function, and the technical team on assigned projects. There will be communication with employees in other functions as required.
- The ideal candidate will be a proactive contributor and subject matter expert in Talent Acquisition.
- To be successful, this individual must demonstrate favorable results through coaching and influencing others.
- This person will be part of the EMEA Talent Acquisition Team and reporting to the Senior Manager EMEA Talent Acquisition

Your Experience
- A minimum of 7 years of experience as a Corporate Recruiter is required.
- Experience with Talent Acquisition in the Technology Sector.
- MS Office- including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Fluency in English is required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
