Description
* To provide support to 1st/2nd line support teams with operational support issues when escalated
* Support Mac OS/iOS end user estate, troubleshooting and solving a diverse range of problems along with building new devices using JAMF (with DEP).
* Assist internal teams with configuration of iPads to be used in exhibitions and public facing displays
* Patching and deployment software packages, updates and patches as and when required
* Be the technical lead for Mac OS upgrade activities
