Description

Are you energetic, proactive and looking for a career in IT. We are recruiting for trainee Service Desk Analysts to support a globally famous client of ours. We are looking for tech-savvy individuals who are hungry to build their IT experience and gain industry recognised qualifications. Previous IT support experience is not required however if you have any Microsoft Office Specialist certifications (MOS or MOUS), Comptia A+ or European Computer Driving License (ECDL) certification (or something similar) it will be look upon favourably.

Over the first year you will be supported to gain the Microsoft Technology Associate qualification as well as the ITIL foundation certification. In your second year you will be able to pursue more specialised certifications.

This is an excellent opportunity to start a challenging and rewarding career in IT where you will gain very desirable and marketable skills and qualifications over the next two years.

On completion of your two years you will be positioned to pursue careers in Service Management, Infrastructure Engineering, Networking or Security.
