Desktop Support Engineer
Warwickshire
£166 per day
Inside IR35
Remote with some site work (Own transport essential)

My client is looking to recruit Desktop Support Engineer for their operations across Warwickshire.
The successful Desktop Support Engineer will interpret and analyse varied and complex ICT incidents/requests logged or situations and to produce resolutions in an agreed timely manner.
Provides day-to-day support, escalating to 3rd parties where appropriate.
Overseeing 3rd party support services to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
troubleshooting ICT technical issues where encountered.

To be considered for the role of Desktop Support Engineer, you will have the following:

Have in depth knowledge in the following:
Knowledge of Windows Desktop and Server O/S
Knowledge of MDT hardware highly desirable
Knowledge of Active Directory, Sharepoint and SQL technologies desirable
Vision, ICCS, and Airwave desirable
