Outstanding opportunity - 12-month contract (inside IR35) Fully remote - Leading technology business requires Senior Cloud Engineer/AWS Cloud Engineer with familiarity of Azure (split approx. 80% AWS & 20% Azure). Key objective of the Senior Cloud Engineer is to ensure high systems availability across a multi-cloud environment, enabling the business to continue meeting its objectives. The position is primarily AWS/Linux focused but will include a requirement to understand comparative solutions in Azure. Based in London the client will allow the remote working for the position
Key Experience required
- Experienced Cloud Engineer, AWS Engineer
- Strong Cloud expertise AWS Cloud Engineer with familiarity with Azure
- Solid experience with Linux/Red Hat
- Experience/production knowledge of deploying infrastructure as code using Terraform
- We require a very hands-on delivery focused doer, rather than just design expertise
- Experience in virtualisation technologies
- Solid understanding and experience of transitioning IaaS solutions to serverless technology
