- 2nd level O365 Exchange Online Admin knowledge
- 2nd Level Exchange 2016 admins knowledge
- Exchange Backend Knowledge
- Office 365 service suits
- Microsoft Office Product Support Knowledge
Your Tasks
- troubleshooting of clients issues reported from users
- troubleshooting of account related issues
- Performance account level configuration changes in regards to eMail permission.
- troubleshooting of eMail exchange Back End issue that may be related to the issue reported from clients.
- Bridge the communication between Vendor (Microsoft) and the end-user for support cases.
- Create documentation/knowledge based on common support cases to be shared with 1st level support if needed.
