Templeton and Partners are looking for a Change Deployment and Framework Lead for one of our multinational client in the Pharmaceutical to support on one of their largest transformation projects.

- This is Remote working
- 12 months contract with potential to extend
What we are looking for:
- Develop the change and engagement approach which aligns with the deployment approach to deliver successful change management and organisational readiness
- Lead the development of the Change Framework and toolkit ready to support the deployment activities
- Socialize the change framework and toolkit to senior stakeholders both within LDC and local countries to ensure a clear understanding of how it will be deployed.
- Partner / work with and coach local change teams to deliver against the change plan to successful deliver change and support adoption
