NHS - Service Desk Analyst - monthly rolling contract - £10.00 - £14.61 per hour via umbrella - Port Talbot
Working inside of IR35 for the NHS, you will be responding to incoming calls and emails as a first point of contact on their central IT Service Desk. You will assign calls and issues, provide 1st time fixes wherever possible and escalate more complex issues up to 2nd line.
As well as providing BAU hardware and software support, you will also assist with a large scale O365 Deployment to over 1300 users, you will provide IT Support, troubleshooting and first time fixes to end users working remotely and on mobile apps.
You need to have previous IT Support experience within a MS environment.
This role is to start ASAP and will pay between £10.00 - £14.61 Umbrella per hour depending on your level of experience
