Infrastructure Manager-Inside IR35-Remote/Onsite
Our NHS client based in Essex require an interim for 3-6 months + to manage the 3rd line Infrastructure Operations team supporting all network (Cisco) and virtual environments (VMWare). You will have experience in managing a team.
It would be an advantage if you have significant IP telephony experience (Cisco CUCM) but this is not essential. Knowledge of ITIL, process development and service improvement is a must as you need to focus on bringing the team in line with IT Service Management best practice.
You will take responsibility for the provision, management and security of 3rd line services to these services include but are not limited to Networks, SAN, LAN, WAN, IP Telephony, VMware, Windows Server, host applications and reporting systems.
