iO associates are delighted to be working with a consultancy client heavily involved in security, on their search for an SC Cleared Infrastructure Engineer. The role will initially be for 9 -10 months with the potential of extension after this.
This role is to support delivery of systems for a Defence client and would be ideal for an intelligent, results driven person to increase their technical experience and contribute to the delivery of an essential project.
The client are happy for the hours to be condensed into 4 days if this works best.
Start: Immediate
Location: Gloucestershire (Primarily on site)
Duration: 9-10 months initially
Rate: £375 - £425 per day (Inside IR35)
Essential Skills & Experience
Proven ICT technical skills, predominately using Microsoft technologies
Microsoft Systems Administrator certification
An understanding of system networking, Firewall, Routers, Switches
Able to problem solve Hardware/Software issues within complex ICT environments
Experience of security implementation on IT infrastructures
Beneficial Skills & Experience
Knowledge of SQL, AV products and services
Hyper-V and VMware background, building, configuring and maintaining systems
Experience of implementing and maintaining Server/Client based application solutions
Defence and Security industry experience
