Your role

In the role of an IT Recruiter, you will be a part of our EMEA Talent Acquisition team based in 6 countries across 2 continents. You will interface with key stakeholders and apply your recruitment proficiency across different stages of the Hiring Life Cycle. You will play an important role in building our organisation with us. You will support our various business units by delivering experienced candidates, be involved in the interview process and secure the best candidate experience. Snapshot of your role
• You will be working very closely with our EMEA Talent Acquisition Managers based in the UK, Germany, France, Poland, Romania and India offices
• You will play a key role in securing our customer projects and staffing the open vacancies
• You will collaborate closely with the TA team & Hiring Managers as well as conduct meetings with the business in order to understand their hiring requirements
• You will be responsible to develop a hiring plan for current and future openings and ensure the progress
• You will own the entire end to end recruitment process which includes: Active sourcing, positioning Infosys as an employer of choice, qualifying & interviewing candidates and ensuring an excellent candidate experience
• reporting on your success and managing your internal clients
• You will be the brand ambassador for Infosys and deliver our message to the market by using different social media channels to position us as an employer of choice
• 3rd parties’ management (vendors)
• Participating in global- and driving local projects leading to the improvement of the hiring efficiency and candidate experience

The ideal candidate will bring along:
• Solid recruitment experience within either an agency or in-house background
• Seniority to manage your own business portfolio and work independently
• Very good understanding & experience in hiring for the the German market
• Excellent sourcing skills across a variety of channels
• Self-starter who can work independently and within the team
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of seniority
• Can-do, creative attitude with a project-like approach to work
• Strong networker with a good market knowledge
• Persistent with a passion to fill challenging roles and provide a great candidate experience
