We are partnered with a Global company who are looking to add additional support to their busy team.They are looking for an experienced 1st/2nd line Support Engineer to join on a contract basis working on-site at their offices in Redditch.
This role will provide support in areas such as PC builds, fault finding and user/server administration.
Skills and Responsibilities
- Proven fault finding skills, identifying root cause and resolving
- Strong experience with desktop support for Windows 7 & 10.
- Active Directory users and group administration, group policy
- Windows Server 2008R
- Previous experience in an IT Support Engineer role
- Microsoft SQL Server Administration 2008R2-2016
- Powershell Scripting
- Service Monitoring
- Upgrades and Patching
