2nd Line Engineer - 3 Month Contract - Portishead (Bristol) - Urgent

A brilliant client of mine based in Portishead is looking for a well rounded 2nd Line Support Engineer to start with them on minimum 3 month contract to assist with the workload and increase of client requirements.

This position is urgent and interviews will take place next week.

You must be able to work onsite in Portishead, Monday - Friday.

  • Windows Server ideally in a VMware or Hyper V environment.
  • Provision of remote support to end users.
  • Provision of 2nd line support for resolution of incidents and service requests in accordance with SLA guidelines.
  • Hardware and software fault diagnosis skills and troubleshooting.
  • Supporting and Administering VOIP technologies.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Exchange.
  • Knowledge and experience of working with Active Directory.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation where appropriate and ensure that assets are correctly recorded.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Office 365 migration would be an advantage
